Responsibilities
- Manage all automated data processing for fundraising operations.
- Design, implement, and oversee file imports and layouts using BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM technology.
- Work with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements.
- Create innovative solutions and strategies to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency, ensuring compatibility with current systems and integrations.
- Lead the full lifecycle of fundraising operations special projects, software upgrades, and implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Identify and address risks and issues that could affect project success, taking proactive steps to reduce disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate changes to configurations, customizations, business processes, and software applications to end users and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain all business process documents needed for change management and training.
- Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to gift administration, operations management, and process optimization.
- Proactively find opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation, championing initiatives to drive positive change and boost effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Experience with CRM databases and high-volume data processing.
Nice to Have
- Experience with BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader is strongly desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate is strongly desired.
