Ocorian is hiring a Fund Accounting Manager

Purpose of role Support the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services across a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality client service, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop a team while overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements, management accounts, NAV calculations, tax returns, and other financial reports. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met. Review financial statements, management accounts, reconciliations, VAT returns, and other financial reporting deliverables. Act as the main point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Oversee and prioritise team workloads, ensuring efficient delivery of client requirements. Provide coaching, guidance, performance feedback, and development support to team members. Support budgeting, resource planning, and internal performance reporting. Identify and escalate risks while ensuring adherence to Ocorian policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Deliver accounting services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. Information Security Comply with all information security policies and procedures. Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Ocorian, client, and employee information at all times.
