Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and ERP needs to identify functional requirements
- Align business needs with appropriate Epicor ERP workflows and functionalities
- Set up and tailor Epicor ERP modules according to organizational demands
- Develop and manage customizations, BPMs, and BAQs within Epicor
- Guide effective use of Epicor Business Objects for functional solutions
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend system or procedural enhancements
- Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Support data integration and reporting tasks, including field mappings
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver custom developments and integrations
- Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical staff
- Provide support during user training, testing, and post-go-live phases
- Create functional documentation and visual process flowcharts
