Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution by transforming product requirements into actionable engineering plans, designs, and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with scalability, security, and long-term architecture standards.
- Guide sprint planning, estimation, and delivery execution to ensure consistent, high-quality releases, proactively resolving blockers and improving Agile processes.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and dependencies while managing expectations.
- Promote the use of AI-powered development tools and practices, including coding assistants and automated documentation, to enhance productivity and sustainable engineering culture.
- Support team members through coaching, feedback, and career development discussions, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and psychologically safe work environment.
- Align technical decisions with business goals by collaborating with engineering leadership to balance execution speed, scalability, and product impact.
- Ensure technical documentation, onboarding resources, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures are accurate, accessible, and maintained to high standards.
- Champion engineering best practices such as code quality, testing, observability, security, and performance optimization, leading initiatives for continuous improvement.
