Vanta is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Test Experience team. You will help shape the future of Automated Tests, one of Vanta's most impactful and heavily-used features, operating at the intersection of platform infrastructure and user experience. You'll build the next generation of Automated Tests and integrate cutting-edge LLM tools and AI agents.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure leveraging modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js).
- Lead high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to enable our business and team to scale.
- Work with engineers to make a significant impact on our customer base, enabling them to improve and review their security posture.
- Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture as we grow.
- Build our next generation of Automated Tests.
- Enhance the customization and visibility of our monitoring features across inputs, logic, and results.
- Integrate cutting-edge LLM tools and AI agents into the full Tests lifecycle—from creation to remediation.
- Support Vanta’s rapidly growing customer base (the Tests product is the most used feature in our platform).
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of full stack experience.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- A passion for high-visibility customer-facing features, with a strong eye for detail.
- A product-mindset, empathizing with users and driven to solve their problems.
Nice to Have
- Experience applying AI in products, or a strong interest in exploring this space.
- An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space.
