Paloma is hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineering, product, clinical, and support teams to shape and execute the organization's technical strategy.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C# or TypeScript across frontend and backend systems.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs for both internal services and external partners.
  • Build sophisticated user interfaces with ReactJS and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage resilient, scalable applications in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
  • Convert business and product requirements into robust, maintainable technical implementations.
  • Engage in code reviews and help refine development practices and team culture.
  • Advance personal expertise to develop AI or agent-driven solutions for automation, data gathering, and user support.
