Palomahealthuk is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the development of our AI-powered patient pathway and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) software. You will own specific work streams to continuously improve software that gives families fast access to autism assessments and supports clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, clinical, support) to develop and implement the company's technical vision.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack in C# or TypeScript.
- Create and integrate with RESTful APIs for internal and external use.
- Develop complex interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Translate product and business requirements into solid technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software development processes and culture.
- Build your own knowledge and skills to create AI and/or agent-based applications for intelligent process automation, data collection, and user assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of four years of technical experience working in a company, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Able to communicate clearly and efficiently within the product & engineering team.
- Proficiency in C# and TypeScript (Java or Python is a plus).
- React.js and Single-Page Application development.
- Developing and deploying containerised applications within the context of cloud platforms (ideally GCP).
- Building event-driven systems.
- SQL and management of SQL databases in a cloud environment.
- Automating complex processes and user journeys, e.g. onboarding, triaging and scheduling.
- Using AI tools for software development, like Cursor, Windsurf or AntyGravity.
Nice to Have
- Developing agentic applications using LangGraph or Google ADK frameworks.
- Infrastructure as code (preferably Pulumi).
- Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Setting up RAG pipelines and embeddings.
- Integrating with MCP services.
- Working within healthcare, including with health data and adhering to regulatory requirements, and familiarity with NHS platforms like EPS, PDS or eRS.

You will join our current team of 6 software engineers and 3 product experts, reporting to the VP of Technology, Avishai Gurt.
