Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django
- Build responsive user interfaces with React
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature requirements
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Implement security best practices across the stack
- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Support deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
- Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices
- Maintain existing codebases while introducing new features
- Follow agile development methodologies in sprints
- Document technical designs and system workflows
- Assist in defining testing strategies for frontend and backend
- Collaborate on database design and query optimization
- Stay current with evolving technologies and frameworks
- Support onboarding and mentorship of junior developers
Compensation
