Jobgether is hiring a Fullstack Senior Engineer to develop and maintain innovative web applications in our dynamic, fast-paced consultancy environment. You will work on challenging projects impacting diverse clients, contributing to both backend and frontend solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Flask or Django and React.
• Build backend services, manage data storage solutions, and integrate modern web frameworks.
• Ensure code quality through testable, maintainable, and efficient software design.
• Participate in CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering software solutions that meet client needs.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
• Contribute to project planning, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer using open-source technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask or Django) and experience with SQLAlchemy.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and JavaScript libraries like Knockout.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, and testable code.
• Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and ORM tools.
• Experience with DevOps and development tools such as Git, Vagrant, Fabric, Docker, AWS, and Jenkins.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS products, B2B financial services, or asset management is a plus.
