Allata is hiring a FullStack Lead (.NET + Angular) to provide technical leadership and drive the development of complex software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the full software lifecycle and ensuring high-quality, scalable deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET and Angular
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for development projects
- Mentor and guide other developers, fostering best practices and code quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Own the delivery and performance of key software components
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical lead for full-stack development teams
- Expert-level knowledge of .NET frameworks and backend development
- Expert-level knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions
