Gradion is hiring a Fullstack Developer to work directly with international clients, shape technical direction, and lead the delivery of complex projects. You will mentor engineers, make key architectural decisions, and integrate AI tools into your development workflow.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with international clients to understand their goals and help shape the technical direction, not just execute it.
- Lead delivery on complex workstreams, making architectural decisions and setting standards for the work around you.
- Understand the business impact of your decisions, flag trade-offs early, and push back when something doesn't make sense.
- Mentor and elevate engineers through code reviews, shared context, and honest feedback.
- Share learnings, such as a useful AI prompt, an effective pattern, or a mistake worth avoiding.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Experience working on international projects, ideally with European clients or teams.
- A career demonstrating work across multiple domains and proficiency with different technology stacks.
- Deep experience in at least one or two of these domains: e-commerce, travel, fintech, healthcare, and logistics.
- Experience with common stacks: React or Vue on the frontend; PHP, Node.js, Go, .NET, or Java on the backend; and AWS or GCP for infrastructure.
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) as part of your actual workflow.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-powered features or working on AI Agent systems.
