Responsibilities
- Create complete software solutions encompassing user interface, server-side logic, and database components.
- Develop dynamic and mobile-friendly front-end interfaces using current JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Construct reliable and scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices using technologies like Node.js or .NET.
- Connect internal systems with external APIs, platforms, and third-party services.
- Model and structure databases efficiently, ensuring optimal query performance and long-term scalability.
- Apply security best practices to safeguard data through secure authentication, authorization, and encryption methods.
- Enhance both client-side and server-side code for speed, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
- Employ caching techniques and performance tuning to reduce load times and improve user experience.
- Partner with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to turn business needs into functional technical implementations.
- Engage in Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Perform peer code reviews to uphold coding standards and promote best practices.
- Coordinate with DevOps and quality assurance teams to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across all layers of the application stack.
- Monitor live systems to identify and fix performance issues and system bottlenecks.
- Keep current with evolving technologies, tools, and methodologies in full-stack development.
- Help refine development workflows, tools, and team collaboration strategies.
- Support team growth by contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring less experienced developers.
