Theoria Medical seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our complex data infrastructure. You will build reliable, scalable data pipelines and systems that power advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making across the company.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of robust, scalable data pipeline projects across multiple platforms and data sources.
- Optimize data systems for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and maintain high coding standards.
- Mentor and guide junior data engineers, supporting their technical growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient engineering solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and implement solutions to ensure data quality, availability, and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend data systems development.
- Proven experience in building data solutions at enterprise scale.
Technical Stack
- Apache Airflow, Prefect, Apache NiFi, Talend
- AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory
- DataDog, Docker, Git, CircleCI
Team & Environment
Requires close coordination with the Data Engineering Lead and regular interaction with other technical and business teams.
