Theoria Medical is seeking a Full Time Senior Automation Developer to lead the development of scalable, intelligent automation solutions that optimize operational efficiency across our organization. You will play a key role in revolutionizing healthcare delivery by eliminating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using programming languages and automation frameworks.
  • Lead automation projects by setting standards, guiding best practices, and identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, product, and engineering—to gather requirements, align automation efforts with business objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and facilitate training sessions to elevate the automation capabilities of the broader team.
  • Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and stability of automation systems; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring adherence to established coding standards, version control, and automation development guidelines.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies in automation, AI, and machine learning; champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies that enhance automation capabilities and drive efficiency across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Python Development.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation development or a similar technical role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripting).
  • Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and data workflows.
  • Experience working with SQL, GraphQL, and/or NoSQL databases for data validation and testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor peers, and drive innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Stack

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with API and development teams and partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, product, and engineering.
