Theoria Medical is seeking a Full Time Senior Automation Developer to lead the development of scalable, intelligent automation solutions that optimize operational efficiency across our organization. You will play a key role in revolutionizing healthcare delivery by eliminating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using programming languages and automation frameworks.
- Lead automation projects by setting standards, guiding best practices, and identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including operations, product, and engineering—to gather requirements, align automation efforts with business objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and facilitate training sessions to elevate the automation capabilities of the broader team.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and stability of automation systems; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, ensuring adherence to established coding standards, version control, and automation development guidelines.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies in automation, AI, and machine learning; champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies that enhance automation capabilities and drive efficiency across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience in Python Development.
- 5+ years of experience in automation development or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripting).
- Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and data workflows.
- Experience working with SQL, GraphQL, and/or NoSQL databases for data validation and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor peers, and drive innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
