Scale Virtually is looking for a Full-Time AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent workflows and streamline client operations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining prompt-driven and API-integrated systems to scale service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI workflows using Make.com, Zapier, OpenAI, and other tools.
- Build prompt chains and automation logic to solve business problems.
- Integrate tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Airtable, and CRMs.
- Use webhooks, APIs, and tokens to automate across apps and platforms.
- Monitor and QA automations for performance, accuracy, and edge cases.
- Document workflows clearly for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate closely with non-technical teams to improve and scale processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug logic, prompt issues, or tool integration failures.
- Create video walkthroughs or step-by-step guides when needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in automation, systems integration, or AI ops.
- Proficient in Make.com, Zapier, and OpenAI/GPT usage.
- Confident in using APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
- Experience with tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Apps, CRMs.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
- Organized, accountable, and process-driven.
- Fast learner who takes initiative and works independently.
Nice to Have
- Basic scripting (Python/JavaScript), or experience with LangChain.
