Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and data science teams to evolve experimental tools, automation scripts, and predictive algorithms into reliable, scalable features for production use.
- Maintain performance under heavy load with minimal delay across backend processing queues, essential services, and cloud-based platforms.
- Utilize AI-enhanced development environments, including GitLab and the Gemini platform, to speed up coding, streamline code reviews, and run automated testing frameworks.
- Engage in mutual learning and guidance, particularly supporting junior developers, within a team culture centered on professional growth and collaboration.
