We are Studyportals, and we are searching for a Medior Full Stack Web Developer with experience in AWS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and VueJS. In this role, you will develop and enhance an AI advisor to provide personalized counseling for students, build AI-driven features, strengthen core student systems, and help our platform become more scalable.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-driven features that help students find study opportunities that truly fit them.
- Improve relevance, recommendations, and guidance across the platform by using search behavior and student data.
- Strengthen core student systems such as registrations, logins, and email nurturing flows.
- Help students stay engaged and confidently move toward their ideal study choice by connecting search insights with student profiles and communication.
- Help us to become more scalable as a platform, by decoupling our dependencies and driving our microservice architecture.
- Stay in control of quality.
- Together with the Product Owner, be responsible for designing and implementing new functionalities aimed at growing our user engagement targets.
- Have influence on what to build, and how to build it.

Team & Environment
The Product Engineering department consists of 35 people. You are part of a scrum team of five. The team structure is part of a scrum team. Product Owner (PO) sets the product priorities. You will be reporting to Head of Engineering, Stefan.
