Responsibilities
- Own defined tasks from initial ticket through to deployment, collaborating with product managers and engineering peers, progressing toward full component ownership with mentorship from senior team members.
- Produce and evaluate code that is clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested; quality assurance is a shared responsibility without dedicated QA staff.
- Implement incremental delivery using feature flags and phased rollouts to provide early customer value and reduce risks in large-scale changes.
- Record important technical choices in concise Decision Logs to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Engage directly with AI tools including prompt design, skill integration, agent frameworks, and contextual data stored within repositories.
- Participate actively in code reviews, both providing feedback and incorporating input, as a primary method for professional growth.
- Collaborate with support teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve live production issues promptly.
