Responsibilities
- Create and manage automated testing frameworks and test suites for web interfaces, application programming interfaces, and database components.
- Work closely with development and product teams to establish acceptance standards and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Implement automated testing within continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows to enable reliable regression and deployment cycles.
- Investigate system failures, troubleshoot defects, and deliver in-depth root cause assessments.
- Develop custom tools to emulate user behavior and end-to-end system processes for comprehensive validation.
- Support the evolution of quality assurance practices, test architecture, and performance measurement across teams.
