Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain full-stack features for the Aedeon platform using React and Next.js, prioritizing performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/DevOps teams to guide features from initial requirements through to tested, deployed releases.
- Actively engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, always emphasizing product impact.
- Take full ownership of feature delivery from development through deployment and post-release validation.
- Meet sprint and release timelines consistently, proactively identifying and communicating risks or blockers early.
- Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure deployment pipelines are prepared and release processes are smooth and repeatable.
- Adopt test-driven development practices where tests define completion criteria prior to coding.
- Create comprehensive and precise test cases before deployment, covering functional paths, edge cases, regression, and integrations.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to scale test case generation and verify coverage completeness.
- Develop and sustain automated test suites—including end-to-end, integration, and unit tests—and embed them into CI/CD workflows.
- Conduct rigorous pre-release validation in staging environments; no feature goes live without formal approval.
- Write clean, well-documented code and provide thoughtful feedback during pull request reviews.
- Maintain documentation for APIs, deployment steps, test strategies, and architectural choices using Confluence or similar platforms.
- Promote testing excellence within the team and uphold strict quality and release standards.
