Responsibilities
- Design and develop new application features while maintaining and improving existing codebases
- Engage in all phases of web application development from concept to deployment
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Build and extend software systems using Java and associated technologies
- Create, refine, and optimize SQL procedures for effective data handling
- Connect applications with enterprise systems using standard integration methods and practices
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
- Follow and promote coding standards, security protocols, and industry best practices
- Perform code reviews, suggest improvements, and lead refactoring and performance tuning initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems efficiently
- Support component delivery across environments in coordination with relevant teams
