We're an **Early-Stage Startup** that just closed our first **Angel Investor Funding**. Our mission: completely reimagine technical support through AI. Currently, the team consists only of our founders – **you'd be tech Hire #1** and will help us lay the groundwork for scaling, product roadmap, and engineering culture. Due to our requirements, we're only seeking applicants with **German as** a mother/second language (min. C1 level). ## Tasks As a core team member, you'll work **End-to-End** across the entire stack – from React-based UX to Node/TypeScript backends and Python services for our AI pipelines.
