Creatio is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer (Support Team)

About the Role

The engineer will work closely with support and development teams to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments while contributing to long-term product stability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve software defects reported by users or monitoring systems
  • Collaborate with support staff to understand and replicate reported issues
  • Analyze system logs and error reports to identify root causes
  • Develop and deploy hotfixes and patches for critical issues
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to prevent regression
  • Improve application performance by optimizing database queries and API responses
  • Support deployment processes and monitor post-release stability
  • Document technical solutions and share knowledge within the team
  • Work across frontend and backend components to resolve cross-layer issues
  • Assist in maintaining third-party integrations and external service connections
  • Contribute to internal tools that streamline support workflows
  • Follow incident management procedures during system outages
  • Ensure fixes comply with security and compliance standards
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold codebase integrity
  • Monitor application health using observability tools
  • Provide technical input for support documentation updates
  • Evaluate reported issues for escalation or feature enhancement
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate recurring problems
  • Implement monitoring alerts for early issue detection
  • Maintain version control discipline in shared repositories
  • Support onboarding of new team members with troubleshooting practices
  • Stay current with platform updates and framework changes
  • Contribute to post-mortem analyses after major incidents
  • Balance urgent fixes with long-term technical debt reduction
  • Ensure clear communication during resolution processes
