Join Betway as a Full Stack Engineer and play a key role in developing advanced online sports betting and casino experiences. You'll lead technical design, build high-quality features, support team growth, and drive innovation in a dynamic, international setting.
What You'll Do
- Taking the lead on designing and planning technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Coding and developing features for new and existing products to a high technical standard
- Taking the lead on identifying areas for technical improvements / innovations
- Mentoring, assisting and supporting other team members
- Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and collaborative development
- Completing other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives
What We're Looking For
- C# .Net Core and/or ASP.Net MVC 4.0 or higher
- Next js, React, Typescript, Node js and modern CSS tools (Tailwind, SASS, etc)
- Responsive design and UI optimisation
- Automation and unit test (Postman, NUnit, JestJs, etc)
- Version Control Systems (e.g. Git)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the sports marketing industry
- Previous experience in a regulated industry, preferably gaming
- Microsoft Azure Cloud (Web App, Application Insights, Redis, Azure Storage, Function App)
- Microsoft Azure DevOps including YAML and Terraform
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Umbraco
- Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code experience
- A/B testing and experimentation
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Launch Darkly
