Lasting Dynamics is hiring a Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies
  • Work across both frontend and backend
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity and code quality
  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflow

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Experience building web applications across frontend and backend
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development
  • Experience with React, Node.js, REST APIs, and relational databases
  • Good understanding of clean code, testing, and maintainability
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to grow
  • Good professional English communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely with responsibility, communication, and reliability

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Redux Toolkit
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Python or Golang
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Previous experience working in remote or international teams
  • Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, or autonomous agents
