Responsibilities
- Develop customer-facing systems using the organization's Software Factory framework and contribute to the evolution of the framework itself.
- Own end-to-end software delivery, including coding, testing, deployment, ongoing maintenance, and user support.
- Evaluate emerging software methodologies influenced by advancements in artificial intelligence and apply AI tools to enhance personal and team efficiency.
- Collaborate on initiatives that use artificial intelligence to build next-generation AI systems.
Compensation
Expected compensation (US-based employees): $150,000 - $1M annual salary plus stock or stock options and benefits. Final offer depends on location, skills, experience, and other individual factors. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K details provided upon offer.
