Resilient Co is hiring a Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of problems beyond task tickets, advocating against building low-value features while accelerating high-impact work.
  • Develop and sustain backend systems using Python with FastAPI and Pydantic, prioritizing system reliability and long-term maintainability.
  • Design and automate intricate workflows such as document processing, email management, third-party API integrations, and OCR using tools like n8n, LangChain, and MCP.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly front-end applications including dashboards, internal tools, and chat interfaces using React.
  • Manage full ownership of deployment pipelines and monitoring systems across the stack.
