Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the desktop experience for end users across platforms including Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Workspace, Intune, Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft 365, and dedicated business applications.
- Maintain and refine cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, networking, identity, and access controls within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Investigate, resolve, and optimize performance and reliability issues in internal applications built with Python, Node.js, and Java.
- Integrate security practices throughout the development lifecycle, including vulnerability tracking, secrets handling, access enforcement, logging, and audit preparation.
- Engage in system monitoring, incident response, and a rotating on-call schedule aligned with global operations.
- Collaborate with international team members to deliver secure, scalable, and dependable technology solutions for internal and client-facing needs.
- Support a Prompt-Driven Delivery (PDD) approach by guiding AI-assisted development, verifying outputs, and upholding quality benchmarks.
