Lago is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Web & Mobile App) to lead the development of a CRM platform for the private equity and real estate space. In this role, you will own the build of both web and mobile versions, working alongside a designer to create a fast, scalable, and useful product.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain both web and mobile versions of the platform
- Set up the backend, APIs, and database architecture for performance and scale
- Translate UI designs into responsive, high-quality builds
- Integrate with third-party tools and external data sources
- Handle deployment, testing, and performance optimization
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong frontend experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Flutter
- Strong backend tech experience such as Node.js, Firebase, Django, or similar
- Experience building CRMs, SaaS tools, or finance/real estate platforms
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills
- Ownership mindset and the ability to work independently
