EX Squared LATAM is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the modernization of a legacy ASP.NET MVC application into a modern, scalable React-based platform. You will work directly with a U.S.-based client in the energy and grid services industry, ensuring architectural integrity and performance while transforming the user experience.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Contribute to the migration of a complex ASP.NET MVC application into a modern React-based user interface.
- Analyze Figma designs and existing C# and Razor code to accurately map functionality.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable scalable communication between systems.
- Collaborate closely with technology leadership, DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical insights to QA engineers regarding system behaviors and edge cases.
- Support cloud-based deployments in Azure environments.
- Continuously improve development processes and engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience building enterprise-level applications using React.
- Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Razor views.
- At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Advanced English level (B2+/C1).
- Proven experience working with SQL databases and ORM tools, preferably Entity Framework.
- Experience working in Azure cloud environments.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for user experience and improving usability in complex systems.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
