The Full Stack Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of web solutions on the Sitecore platform for the Brand.com initiative. This role involves technical ownership, architectural decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy responsive web pages, templates, and components on the Sitecore platform to support the Brand.com experience.
- Work with stakeholders and teams to convert business requirements into technical designs and system architecture.
- Lead and own all technical and architectural decisions in alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices across the full stack.
- Develop assigned user stories following engineering standards, security protocols, and quality benchmarks while meeting project timelines.
- Maintain and update documentation such as system diagrams, operational runbooks, and future-state technical roadmaps.
- Share knowledge about new tools, Sitecore CMS capabilities, and emerging technologies with engineering teams to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience building large-scale consumer-facing web and mobile applications using .NET, C#, and MVC frameworks.
- Proven experience working with Sitecore platform version 10 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js, React, Angular, or Vue, and back-end technologies including Node.js and .NET.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of security principles, performance optimization techniques, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Experience designing and working with microservices and API-first, cloud-native, headless (MACH) architecture.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities in technical and cross-functional environments.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and applications.
