Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable APIs using Python-based backend frameworks, focusing on performance, logical problem-solving, and consistent data delivery.
- Develop and own user-facing features using React and Next.js, delivering a secure and responsive experience grounded in strong JavaScript knowledge.
- Work with the security team to support security audits and ensure applications comply with established security standards.
- Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and engage in thorough code reviews to identify issues early and maintain high code quality.
- Lead efforts in migrating platform data sources to a centralized database architecture, updating backend systems to improve data efficiency.
- Oversee database design, code deployment, and cloud infrastructure management using Docker and GitLab CI/CD within a Google Cloud (GCP) environment.
- Enhance internal technical assistance center (TAC) workflow tools to support the needs of a growing organization.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to align on project requirements, expectations, and scope.
