Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing improvement of the marketing website, including its content management system, frontend architecture, component library, and integrated analytics for performance tracking.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to create and sustain high-quality, on-brand web experiences such as landing pages, campaign pages, and commerce-enabled features that are both fast and visually consistent.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and publishing stakeholders to streamline content workflows, enabling rapid updates without constant engineering involvement.
- Develop and support lightweight integration tools that connect third-party services, customer experience platforms, and external APIs to enhance team efficiency.
- Focus on optimizing both user experience and system performance, from Core Web Vitals to CMS usability, ensuring every interaction is smooth and responsive.
- Maintain and evolve the web design system and reusable component libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with brand growth.
