What You'll Do
Design and enhance a web application used by music industry partners to manage rights and content on a global scale. Partner with product, design, and backend teams to build intuitive interfaces that simplify complex processes like rights administration and dispute handling. Develop frontend systems that efficiently manage large volumes of data, support granular permissions, and guide users through multi-stage workflows.
Integrate with backend services using modern API technologies to ensure reliable, high-performance data exchange. Help define API contracts by working directly with backend engineers, ensuring frontend needs are met. Participate in product exploration, contributing technical insight during early ideation and research phases.
Advocate for strong frontend architecture, code quality, and accessibility standards. Support a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring peers, refining development practices, and promoting scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience building modern web applications with TypeScript and React or comparable frameworks
- Skill in managing complex state and asynchronous data flows in frontend applications
- Familiarity with REST, gRPC, or GraphQL for API integrations
- Ability to design responsive, resilient interfaces that handle streaming data, pagination, and error states effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to accessibility and user-centered design
- Background in enterprise or B2B applications dealing with intricate workflows, permissions, and large datasets
- Strong testing practices, including unit, integration, or end-to-end testing
- Ownership mindset—from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration based on feedback
- Curiosity for new domains and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
