You will translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces while ensuring fast load times, accessibility, and SEO optimization. What You'll Do

Build and maintain sophisticated web applications using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Translate design mockups from Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD into functional UI components.
Create reusable, modular components following atomic design principles.
Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devices.
Optimize application performance for fast load times and excellent Core Web Vitals.
Reduce bundle sizes through code splitting, tree shaking, and lazy loading.
Implement performance monitoring and achieve Lighthouse scores of 90+.
Build and maintain shared component libraries and design systems.
Lead architecture improvements for scalable, maintainable frontend codebases.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Vitest.
Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers.
Develop and optimize React Native mobile applications when applicable.
Implement analytics and tracking for user insights.

What We're Looking For

1-3+ years of professional frontend development with modern frameworks.
Strong proficiency in React.js with deep understanding of hooks and component lifecycle.
Advanced knowledge of ES6+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
Expert-level HTML5 and CSS3 skills including responsive design.
Experience with Next.js, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Proven ability to build mobile-first, responsive interfaces.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Track record of building high-performance applications with an optimization mindset.
Ability to translate design mockups into functional code.
Experience ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent written and verbal English with strong collaboration skills.
Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code.

Nice to Have

5+ years of frontend development with 3+ years in the React ecosystem.
Deep experience with Next.js including SSR, SSG, and API routes.
Strong TypeScript skills with type-safe application development.
Hands-on experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility compliance.
Experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
Experience with React Native, Expo, and mobile app development.
Strong background in testing strategies and test automation.
Experience with Vercel, Netlify, AWS Amplify, or similar platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Redux, MobX, Zustand, or other state management solutions.
Experience with styled-components, Emotion, or Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with modern bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or esbuild.
Experience implementing tracking and analytics systems.
Strong design eye with ability to provide feedback on UX improvements.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
Background in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments.
