Wise is seeking a Frontend Engineer to define how Wise Assets works from the ground up, shaping the product, its technical foundations, and the user experience. You'll expand the offering to let customers invest in individual stocks, build long-term money pots, and manage more of their financial lives through Wise.
What You'll Do
- Deliver complex product solutions and build distributed web applications for millions of customers.
- Define and shape the Wise Assets product and its technical foundations.
- Break down complex problems into shippable milestones that deliver value quickly.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Deliver new functionality for customers efficiently and show visible impact.
What We're Looking For
- Expert in building web applications using a modern frontend stack like React backed by JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong product mindset and genuine passion for user experience, prioritizing customer value and making data-driven decisions.
- Self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit, working well independently and across teams.
- Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to a non-technical audience and communicate with multiple teams.
