We are looking for a skilled frontend-focused WordPress developer to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding and enhancing the websites of 4+ individually-branded companies. Collaborating closely with designers, software engineers, web developers, writers, and marketing specialists, you will report directly to our Creative Director.

This position is primarily based at our Iglu Bangkok office, with flexibility for partial remote work when project requirements allow.
Responsibilities:
Produce beautiful, high-quality websites and landing pages for a portfolio of 4+ individually-branded companies
Study finished designs in Figma and use them as a blueprint for implementation using Elementor Pro and custom CSS on WordPress
Research and employ innovative solutions to overcome challenges you encounter during development
Export and properly format media for use on website builds
Create responsive templates and theme components for re-use across ever-expanding websites
Organize and optimize media files in WordPress
Create global site styles (colors, typography, etc.)
Build complex forms with hidden fields, integrate with various systems such as visitor tracking, form data collection etc.
Create and manage blog taxonomies (categories, tags, etc.)
Create thoroughly-optimized page layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Ensure UX is smooth and polished across all device viewport sizes
Ensure excellent visual adherence to source designs and a high-standard of polish across all device viewport sizes
Communicate frequently and effectively with team members in Slack, on Zoom calls, and in-person in order to provide regular progress updates, ask questions, and collaborate to identify the best path forward
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of working experience as a Front-end web developer or similarly relevant role
Expertise in WordPress development.
Advanced knowledge of Elementor Pro.
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS3 (including animations, transitions, and complex interactions).
Proficiency in implementing designs from Figma to Elementor
Experience with UX design, planning & implementation
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Exacting eye for detail
Ability to create pixel-perfect implementations of advanced designs on the first attempt
An innovative mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent quality assurance and design validation testing skills
Self-directed in completing assignments to a high-standard
Professional fluency in English (working language)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with advanced design tools or technologies is a plus
