WinTech is hiring a Frontend Designer & Developer to create exceptional user interfaces. We seek someone who started their career in UI/UX design and later transitioned into frontend development, capable of working autonomously from strategic direction to deliver complete solutions.

What You'll Do

Design and implement exceptional interfaces using Figma and AI design tools based on high-level references, working autonomously with minimal guidance.
Develop production-ready code using Next.js 14.0+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with meticulous attention to detail.
Create scalable, component-based UIs using structured design systems while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Translate strategic requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and collaborate effectively with product teams while maintaining design autonomy.

What We're Looking For

Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise. You must have started as a UI/UX designer before transitioning into frontend development.
Autonomous design excellence: you can create complete interfaces from high-level references with exceptional attention to detail.
Frontend and AI tool proficiency with 2+ years of experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, plus modern AI design tools for rapid interface creation.
Independent problem-solving experience building and maintaining scalable component architectures while resolving design and technical challenges autonomously.

Nice to Have

Experience working with design systems and component-based architecture.
Background in D2C product development or performance marketing.
Experience optimizing accessibility and usability.
