Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to incoming phone calls
- Manage electronic appointment scheduling
- Handle referral coordination and tracking
- Oversee secondary insurance authorizations
- Perform accurate data input and record management
- Keep patient files and electronic medical records up to date
- Process, record, and deposit patient payments
- Send faxes, organize documents, and complete assigned administrative duties
