Responsibilities
- Improve customer experience by developing new functionalities and refining current features
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to deliver polished, high-performing products
- Produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code while testing and deploying systems and workflows
- Engage in code review processes and offer constructive feedback
- Diagnose and resolve code-related issues with effective solutions
- Create internal tools to enhance development speed and system reliability
- Write and maintain unit tests to uphold application integrity and performance
- Take initiative in technical decisions regarding architecture, development practices, product direction, and user experience
- Document technical processes and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend practical improvements
