Responsibilities
- Guide software engineers in applying TypeScript, React, and Redux to create advanced front-end systems.
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and other teams to shape project specifications and goals.
- Offer technical direction and promote an environment focused on ongoing skill development and team advancement.
- Diagnose and solve difficult technical problems, improve code efficiency, and ensure high system performance.
- Keep current with emerging front-end tools and trends, encouraging adoption of innovative practices within the team.
