Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to provide user value by ensuring shipped software meets high standards for quality, availability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.
- Guide the team in evaluating trade-offs and achieving consensus in a dynamic environment, balancing rapid delivery with sustainable, forward-thinking solutions across diverse browser features.
- Clearly communicate team objectives, project scope, potential risks, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Develop, refine, and maintain engineering practices that foster team effectiveness and high performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss technical progress and career growth, offering candid and constructive performance feedback.
- Support developers at every stage of their development lifecycle, ensuring they have the resources and autonomy to succeed.
- Foster an inclusive culture that motivates and challenges team members to perform at their best.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, Operations, and Data Science teams to align goals and deliver cohesive solutions.
