Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development and launch of key customer-facing features, ensuring high quality from initial design to post-launch refinement.
- Guide architectural choices in frontend systems, including component structure, state handling, data retrieval methods, and performance constraints.
- Develop and refine critical user pathways such as event browsing, seat picking, and payment processing, prioritizing speed, stability, and interface quality.
- Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests in collaboration with Product and Data teams to inform and improve product decisions.
- Implement monitoring for frontend performance and errors, collect real-user metrics, and take action based on insights.
- Support the development of shared UI components and coding standards to improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and joint project leadership.
- Work closely with mobile, backend, and platform engineers to ensure seamless, unified experiences across devices.
