- Serve as a primary point of contact for building management and reception services
- Facilitate smooth daily operations at the office entrance
- Provide timely and accurate information to employees and guests
- Maintain organized records of office communications and visitor logs
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill operational needs
- Support Finance team with clerical and administrative assistance
- Assist Human Resources with onboarding logistics and office coordination
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace experience and efficiency
