Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, confirming their scheduled visits and guiding them through initial check-in procedures.
- Deliver outstanding service at every stage of the patient experience, maintaining a courteous and upbeat attitude.
- Assist Sales Consultants by coordinating consultation schedules and handling related clerical duties.
- Maintain precise records by entering data accurately, booking appointments, managing payment transactions, and preparing daily deposits.
- Work with team members to collect and share patient success stories for use in online testimonials.
- Respond to patient questions and manage follow-up communications before and after procedures.
- Help promote additional services by generating quotes and preparing necessary consent documentation as required.
Benefits
- Annual base pay of $45,000, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime, leading to a total on-target earnings range of $45,000 - $57,000.
