Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a French Speaking Remote Support Specialist based in Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to French-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, troubleshoot technical challenges, and foster strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Document client interactions and support cases in the CRM platform
- Assist clients in understanding product features and functionalities
- Work collaboratively with team members to handle more complex queries
- Collect and analyze client feedback to help improve services
- Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on client satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently in a remote environment
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and help clients effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools is a plus
