Mercier Consultancy is hiring a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional remote support to French-speaking clients of a leading telecom company based in Greece. You will ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving inquiries and issues.
What You'll Do
- Help French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with telecom-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clear and accurate information about telecom products, services, and billing queries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest telecom products and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support.
- Gather customer feedback to help identify opportunities for service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tech tools.
- A genuine interest in telecom products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
