Key Responsibilities: Customer support to German, Italian and French speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels. Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services. Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants. Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing. 24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts 07:00 - 16:00 14:00 - 23:00 22:30 - 07:30 (on-site 100%)
