Responsibilities
- Deliver customer assistance and resolve technical problems using email, live chat, social media, and various online channels.
- Manage multiple ongoing conversations via chat, email, and outbound calls, while adapting to interruptions from different digital platforms.
- Diagnose, correct, and guide users through technical difficulties affecting their computer, mobile application, or gaming console.
- Recognize recurring customer issues and conduct independent testing to deliver actionable insights and feedback to team members.
- Promptly escalate urgent, time-sensitive issues to the appropriate client or supervisor.
- Perform accurate translation between Korean and English for support-related content.
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes in either Korean or English as needed.
