Responsibilities
- Lead the development of visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative solutions
- Direct and produce high-quality design across digital and print media
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging
- Present creative work to internal teams and clients
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Provide art direction for photo shoots and illustration assignments
- Guide revisions and refinements based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers when applicable
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools
- Work closely with project managers on timelines and deliverables
- Prepare and review production-ready files
- Support pitch and new business presentations
- Integrate user experience principles into design solutions
- Use typography and color strategically to convey brand tone
- Develop storyboards and visual prototypes
- Ensure accessibility standards are considered in design
- Collaborate with external vendors when necessary
- Adapt creative for different cultural or regional markets
- Balance creative innovation with client objectives
- Troubleshoot design issues during production
- Maintain organized project assets and files
- Stay aligned with project budgets and scope
- Deliver work that meets both aesthetic and strategic goals
