Responsibilities
- Handle post-campaign activities such as campaign summaries and implementation of agreed-upon project plans
- Supervise the execution of campaigns across various platforms, including social media, video content, and dynamic ad placement
- Run and refine paid advertising efforts on social networks like Instagram, META, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter/X, and Google Ads
- Assist in managing branded content campaigns from initial configuration to live execution, focusing on paid social components
- Support paid social initiatives tied to major events such as ComplexCon and Complex Family Style
- Work with strategy, client management, and ad operations teams to enhance reporting and improve campaign outcomes
- Deliver detailed campaign analytics, actionable insights, and timely updates regarding underperforming campaigns
- Partner with Finance to assist in monthly billing procedures
- Provide recurring reports on performance metrics and spending for both paid and organic social media efforts
- Gather and present market intelligence to sales staff, highlighting emerging social advertising tools
- Improve operational workflows to better support business expansion goals
